AGM IOMICA 2022

To all World Council Members:

 

I hope this announcement finds each and every one of you in good health and good spirits.  Please note and share the following dates:

 

IOM ICA 2022 AGM Notice of Meeting

 

 

October 3^rd, 2022:
Resolutions for an ordinary or annual meeting of the World Council shall be specified to the IOM ICA Secretary in writing at least 10 weeks before the meeting at which they are to be proposed. Sooner is better.

 

 

October 17^th, 2022:
At least 8 weeks’ notice in writing shall be given of any ordinary or annual World Council meeting by the IOM ICA Secretary to the members of the World Council, together with a copy of the agenda for the meeting and of any resolutions which are to be proposed at the meeting

 

 

November 14th, 2022:
Four (4) weeks before any meeting of the World Council, Member NCAs and NCSs shall declare in writing to the IOM ICA Secretary, by boat number and owner’s name, the Registered Owners, Registered Boats, Certificated Owners, and Certificated Boats that the

Member NCA or NCS represents

 

December 12th. 2022
Meeting Day. The meeting is virtually all about totaling any votes submitted and reporting the outcome.

Please submit any resolutions as soon as you have them prepared so that the appropriate Sub Committee can review them so I can add them to our upcoming agenda.

Traduction rapide : 

 

Résolution 1 : Supprimer la base de donnée votée en 2021 qui coûte trop cher et que l'IOMICA ne peut pas se payer

Résolution 2 : Guest spots seulement pour les concurrents sans NCA, plus de guests pour services rendu au niveau IOMICAs, on laisse les associations nationales inviter certains concurrents si besoin.

Résolution 3 : Détail sur qui valide les inscriptions des guests quand il n'y a pas de NCA

Résolution 4 : Maxi 2 personnes par NCA au bureau IOMICA

Résolution 5 : depuis 2021, toutes les décisions des comités IOMICA (events, technique, etc...) doivent être approuvées par le bureau. Proposition que seules les décisions IMPORTANTES soient validées par le bureau.

Autre point, Michel Roure va remplacer Gary Boell (depuis 8 ans secrétaire IOMICA) en attendant les élections en 2023.
