Dear esteemed skipper,
 
As the Commodore of the Malta Model Boat Association (MMBA), I would like to invite you to take part in the Malta IOM Open 2022 event which will he held at the Paradise Bay Resort from the 24th to 27th of November 2022. For the very first time the event is being sponsored by Yachting Malta who are main sponsors, BOV (Bank of Valletta) who have supported our event over the years and Boat Care Trading Ltd is supporting the event for the first time. 

Registration and boat checks will take place on the 23rd of November between 14:00hrs and 18:00hrs.
 
The Paradise Bay Resort offered us very good subsidised rates for skippers staying at the resort before, during and after the event. You are encouraged to book through the link provided by the MMBA website, which booking will still be made directly with the hotel.  
 
Moreover, to benefit from the agreed event rates participants must input the Promotional Code “MMBA2022” after selecting the requested dates and before clicking 'search'.
 
Room rates for 2022 are on Half Board basis: 

Single occupancy at €52 per night*
Twin/Double occupancy at €68 per room per night*
Triple occupancy at €92 per room per night*
Quadruple occupancy at €116 per room per night*
 
*Breakfast and dinner are included in the price - (including free flowing wine, beer, soft drinks and water during dinner).

Once you place your entry, your entry should appear on the MMBA website and you can view the entrants by clicking here, if your name does not appear on this page, it means that your entry has not been received, if this is the case, please send us an e-mail on mmba.malta@gmail.com to resolve this issue.
 
Participants need to settle the fee by depositing the full amount by not later than 2 weeks after the date of their recorded registration through the MMBA website.

Acceptance of entry forms is completely up to the discretion of the Organising Committee of the Malta IOM Open 2022, their decision will be final.
