Bonjour, nous venons de recevoir les dates de l'AGM 2024. Pas d'élections cette année

 

Dear IOM ICA World Council members and executives,

this email is to announce the dates of our 2024 IOM Annual General Meeting.

 December 4th, 2024.

I would like to give the NCA’s a couple of weeks to craft and submit any resolutions ahead of the 10 weeks annual cycle which will start September 25th,  2024.

Details of the process are to be found under the IOM constitution and regulations in the IOM ICA website.

 

Sept 25. Minus 10 w

Oct 9. Minus 8 w

Nov 6. minus 4 w

Déc 4. The Day of AGM

Details of notices as follow:

 

September  25th, 2024:

Resolutions for an ordinary or annual meeting of the World Council shall be specified to the IOM ICA Secretary in writing at least 10 weeks before the meeting at which they are to be proposed.

Sooner is better if agreed.

 

 

October 9th, 2024:

At least 8 weeks’ notice in writing shall be given of any ordinary or annual World Council meeting by the IOM ICA Secretary to the members of the World Council, together with a copy of the agenda for the meeting and of any resolutions which are to be proposed at the meeting.

Note that 2024 is not an election year.

November 6th, 2024:

Four (4) weeks before any meeting of the World Council, Member NCAs and NCSs shall declare in writing to the IOM ICA Secretary, by boat number and owner’s name, the Registered Owners, Registered Boats, Certificated Owners, and Certificated Boats that the

Member NCA or NCS represents

 This Annual report is compulsory to remain an IOM ICA member in good standing with voting rights.

The report form (unchanged since 2022) is attached to this memo.
